Week 3 ReCap
Started my week off with measurements:
M1: Loss 1/2in
M2: Loss .5in
LBS: Loss .4
Although there were no drastic changes in my measurements or weight, I feel energetic, happy, and healthy! I actually can’t wait for the next day to begin!
Christmas was wonderful! I tried to stick to the eating plan as best as I could, but I did enjoy…
- 2 homemade tamales and Spanish rice, and a white Russian for Christmas Eve
- 4 Filet Mignon Medallions, 2 Small Lamb Chops, ½ a steak quesadilla, a few bites of boursin and brie cheeses, as well as 4 mimosas on Christmas Day at brunch- I tried to stay away from the sweets and tons of carbs.
Something else that changed was we joined a gym! Derrick signed us up at Planet Fitness. He pays $20 a month, gets unlimited tanning, and gets to bring a guest every time he goes (ME!) They are located in all states except, Nebraska/ Wyoming/ Arkansas/ Montana/ Oregon

After I did Bikram Yoga for 90 minutes I went home changed workout clothes and hit the gym for another hour! Love It!
Meal Plan Week 4
Changes we made for our Week 4:
- Derrick and I are splitting the Metabolic-Booster Meal, Breakfast, Power Snack, and Lunch in ½ and then eating the Energy Snack and Dinner whole.
- Substituting 1/2 cup cottage cheese for eggs in Breakfast
- Substituting Bananas for Canned Pumpkin
- Substituting 95%Extra Lean ground beef for the chicken in Dinner
- We are using Almond Milk in our FAVAO Topping
Note: We had a lot of the items we needed for our meal plan this week! I only spent $50- AWESOME!
Shopping List
Snack Baggies
1 head lettuce
42 Cherry Tomatoes
5 Bananas
1 Lg. Bunch Red Grapes
Lg. Box Multi-Grain Cheerios
8oz. Non-Fat Refried Beans ( I prefer Rosarita)
14 Whole Grain Tortillas (100 Calories each)
64 oz Low Fat Cottage Cheese
8oz Slivered Almonds
24 oz Brown Rice
28 oz. 95% Extra Lean Ground Beef ( 16oz=1lb.)
Still Looking for the Whole- Grain Pancake Mix- Everything I have found has too many calories!

Salsa
2 Onions
Oats
Parmesan Cheese
Skim Milk
Cocoa Powder
Canned Chicken- 21oz.
