Dear Friends,
My 9th day on FAVAO, 2nd day of my second week was GREAT! Check out my notes!
8am
Got 7.5 hours of sleep! Still Cold, but not rainy anymore! I woke up a little tired, but excited for my sister-in-law to come home and to try Bikram Yoga for my first time! Packed my food, yoga gear, and headed out the door.
9am
Made my “Metabolic Booster Meal”- Blueberry Graham Ice Cream
My Note: This tastes AMAZING! I made it with the frozen blueberries today and it made all the difference!
11am
“Breakfast”- Scrambled Eggs & Apple Pie
My Note: Accidently missed this. I ended up having to run to pick my sister-in-law up, and didn’t have time to think about eating on the road.

Ate my “Power Snack”- Yogurt Parfait
My Note: SO GOOD! The cereal is great for some crunch! We are using bran flakes in ours.
2:00pm
Take my Eleviv, 3Sixty5, Precis Omega 3, FAVAO Fiber (with water only), and XanGo Juice.
4pm
“Lunch” Time- Chicken & BBQ Baked Beans
My Note: I was full, but This was good! Regular baked chicken and with 1 tbs of BBQ sauce, which was plenty. I really enjoyed it!

Bikram Yoga Time at Bikram Yoga in Tempe, AZ
If you are not familiar with Bikram Yoga it is a 90-minute class with a series of 26 poses and 2 breathing in a 105-degree room with 40% humidity in it. Within the 90 minutes you burn anywhere between 600-1000 calories (according to a Bikram yoga calorie calculator I burned 987 calories). The class I went to began at 6:30pm, but I got there 40 minutes early, so I was in the room for an extra 30 minutes. The class was the most intense thing I have ever done. It is so hot and you will sweat like you NEVER have before! I thought I was going to pass out, or throw up (which they say is normal) The goal is to as least stay in the room and focus on your breath. Although it was SUPER HARD I am planning to go back again tomorrow! Yes, you can call me CRAZY!

Dinner- Fiesta Fish Dish
My Note: STARVING!!! Devoured my chili and lime chicken and couscous, and then devoured my “Energy Snack”- I ate the beans cold with a little lemon and sea salt and then ate the wheat thins with my laughing cow 35 calorie light garlic herb cheese wedge. This all DELICIOUS!

My Note: Drank my detox tea, and filled out my daily checklist for Day 2 Week 2 on Pg. 47 in my FAVAO Program Book.
Overall still loving the food and excited to do another Bikram Yoga class for an awesome workout! Looking forward to tomorrow!
