Dear Friends,
My 3rd day on FAVAO! - Check out my notes, tips, and more from my Day 3!
8am
Time to wake up, but it’s SO COLD! And my legs are so SORE I feel like they are going to fall off my body. Had 7 hours of sleep, but feel exhausted! Trying to get ready for work, and pack up my meals and snacks. Then, off to the office
9am
Made my “Metabolic Booster Meal”- Banana Ice Cream
My Note: Very Tasty! This is really easy to drink in the morning!
11am
Made my “Breakfast”- Egg Burrito
My Note: Today I chopped my eggs thick and chunky again, then rolled them in a tortilla and then used my 1tbs of salsa to dip in. I had a quarter of a grapefruit for my fruit. Since I am SO FULL I had half of the burrito and Derrick had the other half, and we split the ½ grapefruit.
11:30am
Take my Eleviv, 3Sixty5, Precis Omega 3, FAVAO Fiber (with water only), and XanGo Juice. I took 8 oz of XanGo Juice today because my muscles are so inflamed.
12pm
Craving coffee! I made 1 cup with 1 truvia and a ½ tsp of almond extract. This was DELICIOUS!
1:30pm
Ate my “Power Snack”- Fruit and String Cheese
My Note: STILL SO FULL! So I had ½ of a green apple and had ½ a string cheese, and Derrick ate the other half. Still so Delicious & Simple.
4pm
Lunch Time- Mexican Rice Bowl
My Note: Still SO FULL, but kept spicing things up by adding a sprinkle of garlic powder, 1 tbs fresh chopped cilantro, and a splash of fresh lime juice. Derrick and I split this meal as well.
6pm
Gym Time- NOT TODAY! My legs felt like they were going to fall off, my lower abs hurt, my sides hurt, and so did my bootie. I couldn’t even sit down without it taking 3 minutes to figure out how to. I also found out that I have been doing ½ the exercises I am supposed to be doing! So just know that on DAY 1 you do all the exercises listed, NOT just the ones that correspond with your color. Talk about a big WHOOPS. I did do 30 minutes of cardio by taking my dog, Truffles, out for a walk.
5:30pm-8pm
So it is Christmas Time and I have about 6 events to go to, Christmas shopping to be done, a Christmas Tree that needs to be bought, and I am hosting a Christmas Party in a week. I went shopping for 2.5 hours and missed my energy snack, but I am so FULL I really don’t want to eat any more.
9:00pm
“Dinner” BBQ Chicken and Sweet Potato Pie
My Note: FULL FULL FULL! and I don’t want to think about eating. I also am weird about eating a lot of meat like this. I think the chicken tastes too “chickeny”. I decided to eat the “Energy Snack” instead because it it DELICIOUS and it is light, so I don’t feel so full.
10pm
My Note: Passed out. I was so exhausted I didn’t even take my FAVAO Body Cleanse/Detox.
Overall not my best day, but tomorrow will be better- or maybe just more interesting. I am going to see The Nutcracker and going out to Dinner, so I will be going on to the FAVAO website to see what to eat while I’m out!
Looking forward to Day 4 and my 1st weekend on FAVAO!
