11th, 12th, and 13th Day! Looking forward to finishing Week 2

Dear Friends,

 

My 11th,12th, and 13th day on FAVAO, 4th, 5th, and 6th days of my second week was good, but I could have done BETTER! Check out my notes!

 

Friday- Day 11

8am

Friday at last! Looking forward to the last day of the work week!

 

9am

Made my “Metabolic Booster Meal”- Blueberry Graham Ice Cream

My Note: Still tasty!

 

11am

 “Breakfast”- Scrambled Eggs & Apple Pie

My Note:  My microwave died, so I cooked this on the stovetop, added apple and ate with a side of cottage cheese.

 

1:30pm

Ate my “Power Snack”- Yogurt Parfait

My Note: Great for a sweet tooth!

 

2pm

Take my Eleviv, 3Sixty5, Precis Omega 3, FAVAO Fiber (with water only), and XanGo Juice. I took about 8 oz. of XanGo juice

 

4pm

“Lunch” Time- Chicken & BBQ Baked Beans

My Note: Ate half this meal and since I had no microwave and was in a hurry I ate this cold again, still delicious!

 

5:30pm

Left my office for Bikram Yoga in Tempe!

 

6:30-8pm

Bikram Yoga. ROCKED THIS! I gave 110% during class and felt amazing!

 

9:00pm

Dinner- Fiesta Fish Dish

My Note:  Garlic Lemon chicken and couscous, I was so full I ate only half this meal.

 

10:00pm-12am

Watched a redbox movie.

12:10am

My Note: Drank my detox tea, and filled out my daily checklist on Pg. 46 in my FAVAO Program Book, and headed to bed.

Saturday- Day 12

 

9am

Made my “Metabolic Booster Meal”- Blueberry Graham Ice Cream

My Note: Woke up and quickly drank this! Still tasty!

 

9:15am

Take my Eleviv, 3Sixty5, Precis Omega 3, FAVAO Fiber (with water only), and XanGo Juice. I took about 8 oz. of XanGo juice

 

 

9:30am

Rushed to pick up martini glasses for the Christmas Party.

 

10:15am

Rushed home… because of the “Body cleanse”

 

11am- 2pm

Got in the car and rushed to Marshalls, Walmart, and Home Depot

 

2pm-4pm

House cleaning! The party starts at 7pm

 

5pm-6pm

I have to get ready!

 

6pm-7pm

Cooking! Homemade tomato soup, grilled cheese, pigs in a blanket, muddie buddies, cupcakes, hot cocoa, sangria, and “Grinch” martinis!

 

7pm-2am

Christmas Party and Gift Exchange

I tried to not eat to much, but since I had lost track of time and had been on the go all day I didn’t focus on my eating plan like I should have. At the party I didn’t eat any sweets, but did have 2 pigs in a blanket, 2 “Grinch” Martinis, ½ a grilled cheese, and a sip of soup. I tried to be conscious of what I was putting into my mouth, and not just eating everything.

 

2:30am

Time for bed.

 

Sunday- Day 13

 

10:30am

Trying to wake up.

 

11am

Got up and made my

My Note: Delicious!

 

1pm

“Breakfast”- Scrambled Eggs & Apple Pie

My Note:  Microwaved, and added apple and ate with a side of cottage cheese.

 

1:30pm

Pack up my meals through my energy snack to head off to my Grandma’s house to make tamales, a Christmas tradition.

 

3pm

Ate my “Power Snack”- Yogurt Parfait

My Note: Quickly ate this and got back to the tamales.

 

5pm

“Lunch” Time- Chicken & BBQ Baked Beans

My Note: Ate this cold and quickly! I halved this meal.

 

7pm

 “Energy Snack”- Bean & Cheese Cracker Spread

My Note: I ate the beans cold with a little lemon and sea salt, and then ate the wheat thins with my laughing cow 35 calorie light garlic herb cheese wedge. This is my FAVORITE part of my day!

 

9pm

Dinner- Fiesta Fish Dish

My Note:  Chili Lime chicken and couscous, I was so full I ate only half this meal. I am thinking of making my chicken everyday next week and maybe subbing out for some lean pork.

 

 

Overall it wasn’t the best 3 days. I need to try to focus on my resistance training, cardio, and eating even when I am really busy. Looking forward to finishing this week strong on Day 7 and beginning week 3.
