10th Day! and Can't Wait for Tomorrow!

Dear Friends,

 

My 10th day on FAVAO, 3nd day of my second week was good, but I could have done BETTER! Check out my notes!

 

 

8am

Got 7. hours of sleep! I woke up a little tired, but excited Bikram Yoga again! Packed my food, yoga gear, and headed off to my office.

 

9am

Made my “Metabolic Booster Meal”- Blueberry Graham Ice Cream

My Note: Love drinking this it is delicious J

 

11am

 “Breakfast”- Scrambled Eggs & Apple Pie

My Note:  As I was making this in the microwave, my microwave started to smoke and started to electrocute my apples and catch them on fire. I tried it 3 times to be sure, and then unplugged it, threw the apples away, and decided to just eat my cottage cheese. Now I need to buy a new microwave

 

1:30pm

Ate my “Power Snack”- Yogurt Parfait

My Note: I was out running Christmas errands, so I pack this with me and pulled over to eat it.

 

2:00pm

Take my Eleviv, 3Sixty5, Precis Omega 3, FAVAO Fiber (with water only), and XanGo Juice. I took about 8 oz. of XanGo juice

 

4pm

“Lunch” Time- Chicken & BBQ Baked Beans

My Note: Super Full, so I ate half this meal. Since I had no microwave and was in a hurry I scarfed it down cold, still delicious!

 

 

5:45pm

Left my office for Bikram Yoga in Tempe, but ended up getting stuck in super bad traffic, so I ended up doing my grocery shopping for my Christmas party Saturday. I also picked up coco powder, Greek yogurt, and pretzel rods to try a few SWEET FAVAO TREATS! Chocolate Covered Pretzels (http://favao.com/blog/holiday-party-ideas) and FAVAO Hot Chocolate ( Pg.145, under FAVAO DRINKS)

 

 

 

9:00pm

Dinner- Fiesta Fish Dish

My Note:  Garlic Lemon chicken and couscous, I was so full I ate only half this meal.

 

10:00pm-11:00pm

Hanging extra ornaments, making gift favors of Muddie Buddies, and cupcakes! (HELD FIRM and DIDN’T SNACK!)

11:30pm

My Note: Drank my detox tea, and filled out my daily checklist for Day 3 Week 2 on Pg. 46 in my FAVAO Program Book. 

 

Loving the food! Looking forward to trying to do the resistance training, 15-20minutes of cardio, and Bikram Yoga tomorrow!

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us! I noticed you took your fiber in the afternoon today...do you find this is the best time for you? Beside the directions on the Fiber Container to take "in the morning", I didn't find a suggestion in the "Menu guidelines" for when to take it. Looks like you were full for the next few "meals" after the fiber, eating only half portions... obviously, it really works!

Hi Lori!
I do try to take the fiber along with my other supplements (excluding the body cleanse) after breakfast in the morning. I take the body cleanse at night before bed. Since being on FAVAO I haven't really been hungry, although I do get more hungry after I work out!
